Pashmina Scarf with Lace Detail

Do you have a spare Pashmina shawl? Turn it into a lacy scarf.

I found I never used this as a shawl, but I wear scarves all the ime.  So I cut the shawl up the middle, keeping the fringe intact. I added three rows of lace to the hem, then sewed the long edges together, right sides together, and overcast the seam.  (It ravels like crazy!)  Turn right side out.

The fabric is VERY delicate – I pressed very slightly on the coolest setting of my iron.
